Nicotinamid (Niacinamid) zeigt in FAERS-Meldungen eine erhöhte Häufigkeit für „Off-Label-Use“, „Schmerzen in Extremitäten“, „Arthrose“, „Nachtschweiß“, „Übelkeit“, „Systemischer Lupus Erythematodes“, „Infusionsreaktion“ und „Fieber“. Besonders Arthrose und Nachtschweiß werden sehr häufig gemeldet. Obwohl diese Meldungen häufig sind, bedeutet dies nicht zwangsläufig, dass Nicotinamid diese Nebenwirkungen häufig verursacht.
